10 Weeks outmost also Getting Stronger!

It's 10 weeks outward from the culminating contest of the 2011 season, the FLEX Pro!! This has been the transcendent day of training yet. Every shot was pushing new brink. My strength continues to go up, and Charles Glass and I are really seeing eye to eye on every aspect of every try. intimate it! I am particularly being noted benefits in my bicep training and my overall tote adding to. The partner is quite the master when it comes to adjudicature what needs to typify corrected further end the right exercises and angles to do it. The one thing I enjoyed about this space was the meshing together of the "Glass Style" workouts and the "Pak Style" workouts. nothing is more rewarding to me than leaving that gym knowing that I got my ass kicked also am primed for growth! Current tug split: continuance 1- am: pack pm: hamstrings Day 2- am: Chest pm : Biceps Day 3- Quads extent 4- Shoulders Day 5- Back (further hamstrings at night every other lifetime) Day 6-Arms Depending on the week, I may do 6 days connections a hubbub. Some weeks I may transact a day liquidate in the middle (neighboring legs), depending on how I atmosphere. If I effect carry the year off mid week, arms would then come next the suffocate season and shoulders get pushed back. That's intrinsic for now, time to eat again grow!
