Unfortunately due to the enormous chains of fast food restaurants, clinical studies have determined that one in three adults in the United States is considered obese. Even more shocking is the fact that one out of every five children in the United States is overweight! According to a recent study published in the journal "Obesity": "86% of American adults will be overweight by the year 2030."
